By accessing or using the services provided by Era Leads ("the Agency"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these conditions.
Our engagement is predicated on mutual commitment to excellence and growth. Continued use of our proprietary performance frameworks signifies your ongoing agreement to these evolving standards.

Era Leads provides comprehensive digital marketing solutions including, but not limited to:
- ads_click Google Ads Performance
- insights Lead Gen Architecture
- hub Strategy Orchestration
- monitoring Growth Analytics

To achieve the projected performance growth, clients must adhere to the following responsibilities:
Accuracy of Information
Clients must provide timely, accurate, and complete information regarding their business objectives and current advertising assets.
Technical Compliance
Implementation of tracking codes and pixel integrations must be facilitated within 72 hours of request to maintain data integrity.

All methodologies, strategic frameworks, and campaign architectures developed by EraLeads remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Agency unless otherwise specified in a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Era Leads grants the client a limited, non-exclusive license to use the campaign outputs solely for the duration of the engagement.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ERALEADS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
